  So, he's now in Charlottesville.  I have to try his food there. 

  If he does open a fancy high end restaurant in Atlanta, it will definitely, finally be what I thought he needed in the first place.  I think it would be amazing to have that in Buckhead or downtown -- somewhere prime.  He's definitely good enough.

  Too bad Peter Chang's might be a bit confusing for those who were expecting PF Chang's...
